October 4, 2013-Traveling to Peru

 

Met up with six other people in Miami who are with our group. From all over the country. Different characters and ages, but all yearn the feeling of joy while helping others. Indeed it is a nice thing to do, sacrificing time, money, energy, but it is so rewarding and selfish. Not in a negative way of selfishness, but instead allows the "Heart essence" to be the master it is supposed to be instead of the Brain/Mind, which ultimately can lead to angst and DIS-EASE within. In the ultimate mental paradox, the brain often abuses and exploits it's own heart to the point that it kills itself by trying so hard to save its own life. The primary goal of my own journey is reconnect with the true essence of my being, my heart and allow my being to be in full receivership of the loving energy the universe has without definitions, expectations, unnecessary belief systems which tend to limit, or "protect" me from the absolute.
