Concierge Service Tiers
1 TIER I – FOUNDATION CONCIERGE

Access: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm EST
Includes: 60-minute intake, once-a-month 30-minute f/u for the first 3 months, followed by another follow-up every 3 months for 60 minutes, wellness roadmap, lab and supplement guidance, messaging support, and holistic lifestyle coaching.
1 TIER II – ENHANCED CONCIERGE
($5,000/year)
Access: Mon–Fri + Weekends, 8:00am–5:00pm EST
Includes: Priority access, frequent check-ins, and deeper refinement of protocols.
1 TIER III – EXECUTIVE CONCIERGE
Access: 24/7
Includes: Home visits within 1 hour of Clearwater, VIP response, strategic intensives.
