Concierge Service Tiers

Access: Ongoing Support Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST
Includes: Start with an in-depth 60-minute intake, then stay closely supported with monthly 30-minute check-ins for the first 3 months, followed by 60-minute quarterly sessions to refine and optimize your plan. Includes a fully customized wellness roadmap, lab and supplement guidance, ongoing messaging support, and hands-on holistic lifestyle coaching to ensure consistent progress and accountability.
1 TIER II – ENHANCED CONCIERGE
($5,000/year)
Access: Direct, priority support Monday–Friday + weekends, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Includes: Everything included in Tier 1, plus elevated access with priority response times, more frequent check-ins, and deeper, ongoing refinement of your protocols. This tier is designed for those who want closer guidance, faster adjustments, and a more hands-on approach to accelerating results.
1 TIER III – EXECUTIVE CONCIERGE
($10,000/year)
Access: 24/7 Direct Support
Includes: Everything included in Tier 1 and Tier 2, plus VIP-level access for immediate support and real-time guidance. This tier includes in-person home visits (within 1 hour of Clearwater), immersive strategic intensives, and the highest level of personalized attention with rapid response and continuous optimization.
